Nolan is an actor and musician living in Toronto, who was born and raised in Timmins, Ontario. A graduate of the Music Theatre Performance program at St. Clair College, Nolan was thrilled to join the Oh Canada Eh? Cast for the 2018 production of the Rocky Horror Show, playing the roll of Eddie for the second time, as well as taking on a new challenge stepping (rolling?) into the character of Dr. Scott. Nolan will be back at the log cabin theatre performing in the world premier of Broadway Showstoppers. Thank you for joining us, and enjoy the show!
Louisa O'Keane is a graduate of the Randolph Academy and has performed in venues all across Canada. This will be her 13th Season with this wonderful company. Four of those seasons were at the Canmore location where she met her handsome hubby. She is also a film and television actor, a writer, choreographer and a Little Rebels educator. Favourite credits include: The Rocky Horror Show, At the Movies, Swinging Little Sleigh Ride (OCE), Seussical (Western Canada Theatre), My Fair Lady (Gateway Theatre), Grease (TUTS), Calender Girls (Moonpath Productions), Cabaret Sauvignon (Next) and Trial by Jury (Choralis Camerata). She is also a cabaret and jazz singer and loves performing throughout the region!
This year will be Sue’s ninth season with Oh Canada Eh? She started out as Anne of Green Gables for the summer show and went on to perform in many OCE productions including Crazy Little Thing Called Love, At the Movies, Into the Groove, Country Superstars, and many Christmas shows. She also portrayed the role of Janet for the past eight seasons of The Rocky Horror Show and is looking forward to performing in many more shows to come. After graduating with a Performing Arts degree in Windsor, Ontario, she went on to further studies in the science and health fields in Richmond Hill, Ontario for a few years only to make her way back to the stage in Niagara Falls when she joined the OCE team. Sue also works for The Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce during the day as a customer service representative and is working towards her mutual funds license. “A special thank you to my parents and family for ALL of the support you’ve given me over the years. I couldn’t do it without you.”
Rose-Ingrid is excited to make her OCE debut in this winter’s Broadway Showstoppers. Other theatre credits include: Heathers: The Musical and The Penelopiad (Hart House Theatre), We Will Rock You (Dancyn), Hairspray (SMC Troubadours), and Dreamgirls (The LOT). Outside of theatre Rose-Ingrid writes and performs with Run V.A.G. (Very Awesome Girls), an all female sketch comedy troupe, and is an accomplished spoken word artist and singer-songwriter. “The precise role of the artist, then, is to illuminate that darkness, blaze roads through that vast forest, so that we will not, in all our doing, lose sight of its purpose, which is, after all, to make the world a more human dwelling place.” -James Baldwin
Dayna is thrilled to be making her debut on the OCE stage in Broadway Showstoppers. A graduate of Toronto Film School, Dayna has been seen on stages all across Niagara. Favourite roles include: Mrs.Potts in Beauty and the Beast, Alice Beineke in The Addams Family, Irene Molloy in Hello, Dolly!, and The Lady of the Lake in Monty Python's Spamalot (Garden City Productions); Carol in Oleanna (1-Off Productions); and Magenta in The Rocky Horror Show (Something-Something Productions). Other select credits: Damn Yankees, The Full Monty, Cabaret (Garden City Productions); Urinetown, Into the Woods, Rent (Firehall Theatre); The Vagina Monologues (Something-Something Productions).
This is Alex's second season with OCE. Past OCE productions: Country Super Stars (2017-2018), The Show Must Go On (2018 & 2019 Revival) and The Rocky Horror Show (2018). Alexandra Reed is thrilled to be a new member of the OCE family.
