Melissa Penner has been with Oh Canada Eh Productions since our opening year in 1994 and is proud of it. Melissa has performed in most of our productions throughout the years and has had her hand in writing eight of our winter season productions, which included over 25 original songs. Melissa has loved her time these last 25 years meeting all the amazing costumers that have come through our doors and all of the talented cast mates she has had the honour of sharing the stage with. Happy 25th anniversary, Oh Canada Eh!
Louisa O'Keane is a graduate of the Randolph Academy and has performed in venues all across Canada. This will be her 14th Season with this wonderful company. Four of those seasons were at the Canmore location where she met her handsome hubby. She is also a film and television actor, a writer, choreographer and a Little Rebels educator. Favourite credits include: The Rocky Horror Show, At the Movies, Swinging Little Sleigh Ride (OCE), Seussical (Western Canada Theatre), My Fair Lady (Gateway Theatre), Grease (TUTS), Calender Girls (Moonpath Productions), Cabaret Sauvignon (Next) and Trial by Jury (Choralis Camerata). She is also a cabaret and jazz singer and loves performing throughout the region!
This year will be Sue’s 10th season with Oh Canada Eh? She started out as Anne of Green Gables for the summer show and went on to perform in many OCE productions including Crazy Little Thing Called Love, At the Movies, Into the Groove, Country Superstars, and many Christmas shows. She also portrayed the role of Janet for the past nine seasons of The Rocky Horror Show and is looking forward to performing in many more shows to come. After graduating with a Performing Arts degree in Windsor, Ontario, she went on to further studies in the science and health fields in Richmond Hill, Ontario for a few years only to make her way back to the stage in Niagara Falls when she joined the OCE team. Sue also works for The Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce during the day as a customer service representative and is working towards her mutual funds license. “A special thank you to my parents and family for ALL of the support you’ve given me over the years. I couldn’t do it without you.”
This marks Matthew’s seventh season with OCE. Past OCE productions have included roles in Rocky Horror, Tis The Season, Crazy Little Thing Called Love as well as directing holiday productions It’s a Wrap and Crazy For Christmas. Favorite past productions outside of OCE include Malvolio in Twelfth Night, Serge in Art, The Inquisitor in Saint Joan, Uday in Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo, Horton in Seussical and The Baker in Into the Woods. Education: BFA in Acting, University of Alberta; Theatre 20 Conservatory.
Brandon has been a part of this wonderful family for six seasons, and joined the team directly following his graduation from St. Clair College's Musical Theatre Performance program. He has been involved with many productions at Oh Canada Eh over the years such as Swingin Little Sleigh Ride, At the Movies, It's a Wrap, Country Superstars, Jump Jive & Jingle, the five past productions of Rocky Horror and many more. Brandon has also appeared in many shows and roles outside of the log cabin such as "The Man in Chair" in The Drowsy Chaperone, "D'artagnan" in The Three Musketeers and "Prince John" in The Lion In Winter to name a few. A special thanks to Brandon's family and friends who love him and laugh at all his bad jokes.
Chelsea is thrilled to be returning for a 4th season with Oh Canada, Eh? She began as a performer for two seasons of our summer Oh Canada Eh? Dinner Show, then ducked behind the “rock” to play keyboards with the phenomenal OCE band for the past 2 years in shows such as Country Superstars, The Show Must Go On, Broadway Showstoppers, and of course, the original Oh Canada Eh. She is proud to return again this season not only as a pianist, but also onstage as a performer in both our OCE Murder Mysteries and as Rose in our classic summer show. Chelsea loves being a part of Oh Canada Eh? for its clever mix of lighthearted humour (also found in the delicious drink menu!) and incredible music performed by the Golden Horseshoe’s finest. You can’t help but leave this show feeling good. Other credits include performing in orchestras, onstage, and as music director for local Niagara community theatre companies Firehall Theatre and Garden City Productions, and “daylighting” as a local elementary school teacher.
Alexandra Reed is thrilled to be a new member of the OCE family. She began her first OCE season with The Show Must Go On (2018 & 2019 Revival) and returned to the log cabin theatre performing in the Oh Canada Eh? Dinner Show. Past Toronto theatre credits include: Pirates of Penzance, Avenue Q, Sweeney Todd, Seussical, Into the Woods and The Mystery of Edwin Drood. Alexandra is a graduate of Acadia University's School of Music. Special thanks to her friends, family, and Diarmuid for their continued love and support.
Andrew is thrilled to be joining Oh Canada Eh? For his second season!! His first time hitting the stage was with The Show Must Go On & he enjoyed it at the log cabin so much that he never left! Born in London, England, his family moved to Canada when he was 9! A local Niagara falls resident, an Alumi of Kate.s.Durdan & Westlane! Andrew is incredibly proud to be part of this family!
Ann-Marie B. Zammit is proud to be returning to the Oh Canada Eh? Dinner Show for her second season. She is so very pleased to spend the summer singing with her OCE family once more. Born and raised in Niagara, AMZ (as she is affectionately known), has happily returned to her theatrical roots. Favourite stage credits include Miss Hannigan in Annie, Fruma-Sarah in Fiddler on the Roof (Garden City Productions); Wife in Job and the Snake (CubeCity Entertainment); and Ring Master in The Show Must Go On (Oh Canada Eh? Productions). Forever grateful to Bob and Catherine-Jane for their unconditional love and support.
Dexter Sonier is a musician from St. Catharines, Ontario and has just finished his first year at Humber College in Toronto studying jazz performance. This is Dexter’s first season with OCE and he is very excited to share the stage with his talented cast mates and friends. He is proud to call himself a part of the OCE team. Dexter has been performing in musical groups around Niagara and the GTA for 12 years and he is looking forward to calling the log cabin his second home this summer.
Adrianna is excited to be joining the Oh Canada Eh family for her first season! Adrianna’s love for performing began at six years old at her grandparents’ gelateria, where she would jump onto the picnic tables and sing for anyone who would listen. Some of her favourite credits since include Opener for Matt Dusk (Illuminaqua Concert series), National Anthem singer for the Toronto Blue Jays (Roger’s Centre), and Robert Cooper Choral Scholar with Chorus Niagara. Her favourite musical theatre credits include: Belle in Beauty and the Beast, Amalia Balash in She Loves Me, Rapunzel in Into the Woods, Ancestor in The Addams Family, and Luisa in The Fantasticks. She would like to thank her family and friends for all of their love and support, Eh?!

Connor Jesso is from Barrie, Ontario and is a recent graduate of the St. Lawrence College Musical Theatre program. Morgan Hilliker is excited to be joining the OCE family for their 25th anniversary season! She is currently a freshman at Niagara University obtaining her BFA in Theatre Performance. Past theatre credits include Annie in Annie, Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz, Sandy in Grease (Linus Hand Productions), Wendy in Peter Pan, Carmella in Drama 101 (Yellow Door Theatre Company), Dixie in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Little Girl in Ragtime (The Shaw Festival) Film credits include Reign, Max and Shred, and Disney’s American Girl Isabel. Morgan would like to thank her family and friends for always supporting her!

Rylan is from the town Waterdown and a proud graduate from the Bachelor of Music Theatre Performance program at Sheridan College. He is so excited to start off his professional career with a team of loving, warm hearted, and fun group of people. Favourite roles include Martin Guerre in The House of Martin Guerre, Monsieur André in The Phantom of the Opera, and Moose in Crazy For You. He would like to thank his family, friends, former teachers from all over for their guidance and lessons, and The Oh Canada Eh? Dinner Theatre for welcoming him with open arms. Enjoy the show, eh!?
Adrian Juras is a Niagara based musician fluent on both Double Bass and Bass Guitar. He is now in his 5th season at Oh Canada Eh, and has been part of past OCE Productions: Crazy Little Thing Called Love, At The Movies, Into The Groove, Country Superstars, The Show Must Go On, Broadway Showstoppers, Swinging Little Sleigh Ride, Its A Wrap, Tis The Season, Crazy For Christmas, Rocky Horror, and of course Oh Canada Eh! Adrian has also performed in theater productions Guys and Dolls, Cabaret, and Jesus Christ Superstar. He studied at Mohawk College (applied arts program). He has worked for Carnival Cruise Lines, and has performed all over North America and the Caribbean with various different touring acts.
This is Donna’s seventh season with the Oh Canada Eh! Dinner Show. Not only has she shared her talents as Musical Director and vocal coach in our productions of Swinging Little Sleigh Ride and It’s A Wrap!, but also performed in our most recent production of Country Superstars! Donna started her career at the Red Mill Dinner Theatre in 1977 and has since been a performing Musical Director/Arranger in over 150 different musical productions with theatre companies all over Ontario. Born into a musical family, Donna’s father had her and her many siblings performing in the Hamilton area since they were out of diapers. So you can say Donna’s musical training came from the school of “hard knocks”. However, wanting to learn more, Donna enrolled in the Applied Music Program at Mohawk College with her youngest son, and at the age of 50, graduated with Honors in Jazz piano. “A big thank-you goes out to my father, for passing on the gift of music”.
This is Beth’s fourth season with Oh Canada Eh and she is very happy to be here this year during the theatre’s 25th anniversary. Congrats, well done!! Beth was born and raised in Woodstock Ont and educated at Western University Music Performance program in London. She performed as actor/musician with The Mermaid Theatre, Halifax N.S. She wrote and performed in the musical Ballad for a Rum Runner’s Daughter (Blyth Theatre, Ontario) and toured with Carousel Players St. Catharines. She has been performing and recording with the musical duo Vox Violins since 1980. They have toured Canada, Ireland and parts of Europe.
Alex George is a fiddle and mandolin musician from Almonte, Ontario. In December 2018, Alex performed in the Natalie MacMaster and Donnell Leahy television special A Celtic Family Christmas. Alex is the recipient of the Danny O’Connell Memorial Award, recognized for his role advancing Ottawa Valley fiddle tradition. Alex was honoured to be a witness at a Parliamentary committee passing legislation to establish Canada’s National Fiddling Day. He is currently studying his Bachelor of Music at Humber College in Toronto.
